Great Grey Shrike in NPT

Rob Jones found a Great Grey Shrike at a location with no public access, today. Rob took a few record shots with the phone, shown here. It's been a quiet winter for Shrikes so far, but I notice a few have been turning up across the country recently, so hopefully there are more to be found before the winter is out. We're certainly not short of clear fell these days. I made the trip to Bwlch y Lladron on 8/2/13 but couldn't find any Shrikes during the visit.

You've done well to find anything today Rob, given the conditions.
Please note the top photo is a habitat photo only and doesn't, as far as I'm aware, show the Shrike.

Why hasn't this sighting been put on the GBC sightings page ?
Fair enough that it is on land with no public access but the precence of this bird will as you say encourage others to check out previous wintering sites with suitable habitat.

We want to get footage of one with food in its mouth, or find its larder this April(not asking much ha).
